Why bury the fact a market has been proposed? Better visibility for the timer!

I think you could do a much better job in showing that someone has proposed a resolution in a market. For example, put up a badge on top below the market title or put the 2 hr timer below the buy button. Due to the UI bug, I sometimes miss this and I think it can be done much better.
