Restrict or ban known scammers and malicious actors

Individuals such as “car” or “aenews” who are well known for manipulating markets, spreading false information, engaging in pump-and-dumping and other unethical behavior should be punished accordingly.
Polymarket needs to be a place where users can trade freely and safely, without having to worry about their money being scammed out of them by a small group of fraudsters and worse.
Unless this issue is addressed, new users will keep leaving, the platform’s reputation will decline, and what should be a promising future might never materialize.
