Notifications

The old notifications of creation of new markets were quite useful, but also quite messy. My suggestion: put it back, but dont insert one notification for each bracket, just for a whole market (example: dont put 1 notification for each elon musk tweet bracket from 450-900, just show that the market as a whole has been created) and also create a subdivision between buy/sell notifications and the market creation ones
