Change +/- functionality

On markets that are in denominations of 0.1c, make the ± buttons increase or decrease the limit price by 0.1c rather than 1c. The + / - buttons essentially lose all purpose. I.e. suppose best bid is 4.1c, ask is 4.3c. If I want to place a buy at 4.1c, the screen initially sets it to 4.3, and rather than let me click the - button twice, I have to manually type in the price.
