Trades & Withdrawals not working with Ledger Live
When you try to, e.g., withdraw USDC with a Ledger Live WalletConnect account, Polymarket shows a forever spinner or an error. The contract also shows up on the Ledger as hex giberish. This is a known issue and the recommended solution is to use Rabby until a fix is implemented.
Multiple attempts to place a bet
Often times it takes multiple times to either place a bet or cash out. This has happened way too often lately to ignore. For example, it took me at least 10 attempts to place on bet today on a liquid market (champions league winner)!
Inconsistent shares displayed vs actually owned
After some transactions, the shares shown for some markets will not be correctly shown, even after refreshing webpage. EG it shows 2400 shares but instead you just own 1400 shares and 1000 sold already. In this case it is hard to know the exact amount left and max selling always give not enough token error, which is very frustrating in some rapid changing markets.
New WebUI Response From Clicking Category Tags Too Slow
When you are inside a market page and want to browse other markets by clicking any of the category labels, the webpage responsed too slow (like 5 seconds), which is way slower compare to the previous WebUI, unacceptably slow.
Polymarket Web UI vs. API Discrepancy Summary
The Problem I encountered a significant inconsistency between orders visible in the Polymarket web UI interface and those returned by the CLOB API using generated API credentials. Specifically: Orders visible in the web UI were not appearing in my API responses when querying with my regular trading API credentials This created confusion and operational risk since I couldn't programmatically access the full set of my active orders My bot was essentially "flying blind" with respect to some orders placed through the web interface Root Cause Analysis After investigation, I determined that the Polymarket platform maintains separate authentication contexts: Trading API credentials - Used for programmatic access via their documented API endpoints Web UI session credentials - Used by the browser interface, which had access to a more complete view of orders The generated API credentials were only showing a subset of orders (those made with the generated credentials, it was oblivious to the others). Interestingly, although orders made via the API were invisible in the web UI, once filled the positions and trade history would show them. The Solution I solved this by: Browser Network Inspection: Using Chrome DevTools to inspect network traffic while interacting with the Polymarket web UI Websocket Request Capture: Identified critical authentication data being sent via websocket connections Credential Extraction: Extracted the web UI's API key, secret, and passphrase from these websocket requests The key insight was discovering that the web UI websocket connections contained the full set of credentials needed to authenticate as the web UI does, giving me access to the complete order state. Results By implementing this approach: I can now see ALL orders regardless of how they were placed My bot has complete visibility into my trading positions This approach might be useful for other Polymarket API users experiencing similar inconsistencies between the web UI and API response data. --- written with the help of AI
"View Net Positions" on mobile
When I browse polymarket on desktop I can easily find “View Net Positions” link but when I do the same thing in metamask on mobile that option is not available altough it used to be available. Could you please fix this? Desktop view Mobile view
Current value of positions calculated differently
if you open a market you will see it as shares*last price, if you view it through your portfolio it’s shares*midpoint, should be midpoint everywhere

Bug report, issue in Polymarket crypto 5-minute markets.
Bug report I am reporting an intermittent issue in Polymarket crypto 5-minute markets. The problem is that sometimes the UI shows that my position was sold before the market resolved, but the proceeds from that sale do not appear to be credited correctly to my account. What I mean exactly: I buy a position in a 5-minute crypto market. Before the market resolves, I place a sell order using FOK (Fill-Or-Kill). Since FOK orders should either be fully filled immediately or not executed at all, I expect that if the UI shows a sale, it means the position was fully sold. However, in some cases, even though the UI shows the position as sold, the account balance and final result do not match that sale. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the market history clearly shows: Bought 24 Down at 92¢ ($22.37) Sold 23 Down at 46¢ ($10.45) So from the UI side, it clearly appears that the sell went through. What should happen: If a sell is shown in the UI after using an FOK order, then the sold amount should already be credited to my account, and only any unsold remainder should still be exposed to the final market result. What seems to be happening instead: In some cases, the UI shows the position as sold, but if the market later resolves against the side I originally held, the final result looks as if I never sold at all and I lose the full position. So from the user side, it looks like this: the UI says the position was sold, the screenshot/history confirms that it was shown as sold, but the credited balance does not reflect that correctly, and later the final outcome behaves as if the earlier sale did not count. This is not happening every time. Sometimes early sells work normally and I receive only the amount I sold for, which is expected. But other times, the behavior is inconsistent and makes it look like there may be one of the following issues: the UI is showing a completed sale even though the FOK order was not actually filled, there is a mismatch between order execution and UI display, the sell was recorded in history but not credited correctly in account balance, or there is a settlement, accounting, or display bug. I also noticed related confusing behavior in some cases where: a bought position appeared in my portfolio, but the history / redemption side did not display clearly, or the position later disappeared in a way that did not match what I expected after an early sell. This issue does not appear to be limited to one asset only. At first I thought it was specific to ETH 5-minute markets, but after checking more cases, it seems it may also affect other crypto 5-minute markets. Please review for my wallet: whether the sells shown in the UI, especially FOK orders, were actually fully executed, whether there is any case where an order is shown as sold in history but the proceeds were not actually credited, whether any portion remained open into resolution, whether the history display is incorrectly marking sells as completed, and whether there is an intermittent UI, settlement, or accounting bug. As you can see in the picture, the market history itself shows the buy and the sell, which is why the later account result i

This is not about the general mid-point problem, it is a market that always trade around 0.2c-0.4c occasionally worth 50c in profiles, which makes the PNL very inaccurate and misleading, please fix!
